Centre Facilities
Wooglemai is a privately owned 16-hectare property nestled beside the Nattai National Park and Warragamba Catchment area. The Centre offers comfortable facilities designed for camping groups of up to 47 students. In warmer months, additional students can be accommodated in tents, subject to prior arrangement with the EEC at the time of booking.
Our facilities include:
- A spacious common room
- A dedicated classroom
- Dining room
- Kitchen with gas stoves and gas fridges
- Large, covered BBQ area with seating and a 6 burner BBQ
- Dormitories with private ensuite rooms for teachers
Sustainability at Wooglemai
Wooglemai is proud to operate as an environmentally friendly site. Guided by sustainability principles, we strive to minimise resource use and reduce waste, and we encourage all visitors to do the same.
To help us achieve this:
- Please minimise packaging when bringing food and drinks.
- Reuseable plates, cutlery etc.
- Consider using our catering service, which helps reduce unnecessary waste.
Eco-Friendly Infrastructure
Our campsite buildings are powered by solar energy and supported by gas cooking facilities and two gas fridges. Fresh water is supplied from our rainwater tanks, which is filtered to meet all health guidelines for safe human consumption.
