Cancellation Policy

At Wooglemai, we’re committed to supporting as many schools as possible each year. To ensure fair access for all, we kindly ask schools to avoid making speculative bookings, as this may prevent other groups from securing their preferred dates.

Please note: Cancellations made less than three weeks before the scheduled excursion will incur a late fee of $200.

Parent Information - Activity Participation

At camp, we offer a range of exciting activities such as archery, high ropes, initiative games, and kayaking. Because of the nature of these experiences, we require that parents are informed in writing when these activities are included in the program.

All activities are supervised by trained staff and carried out with safety as our top priority. However, we understand that some parents may prefer their child not take part in certain activities.

If these activities are scheduled, parents must complete the Assumption of Risk form. You don’t need to send the form back to us in advance—simply bring it with you to camp. Please also let us know if your child does not have permission to participate in any of the listed activities.

Pricing Information

We aim to keep our programs affordable and accessible for all schools. A small fee applies for each student visitor, while attending teachers and parents assisting with camps are free of charge.
